nokia 2760...restore all?

Hi..i just bought a Nokia 2760 . I accidently did restore all on my phone and now all the data that came with the phone like wallpaper , tones and some graphics is all gone... ... is there any way to undo this restore option...?? or any way i can get the lost data back...?? please help....
